You’ll be involved in every part of the product development cycle from conception to launch, for projects big and small, and take ownership of the Uniform product suite. This position is full-time and based in San Francisco, CA.

  • Gather insights via in-person user observation, interview and prototype sessions with Uniform’s teams and patients
  • Validate insights into a distinct product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences.

  • Partner with Product Managers, Marketing, and Engineers to oversee the user experience of new features and products from conception until launch (and then some)
  • Execute in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
  • Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product teams
  • Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas
  • Always strive to delight a patient through simplify and integration of tasks
Requirements
  • Five or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments - healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
