As healthcare providers, our top priority is always the health and safety of our patients, team, and community.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve kept a close watch on the development of the coronavirus in our area and in other parts of the world. Based on the recommendations of the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH), the California Dental Association (CDA), and the Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS) we’re making the very difficult decision to close our clinics beginning March 17th.
At this time, the length of this closure is uncertain; however, our team is still here to support you should you have any questions while our clinics are closed. Please email us at email@example.com. Though we’ll be operating at a reduced capacity, we’ll respond as soon as we’re able.
We’re committed to reopening at the earliest time that it’s safe to do so. We’ll continue to share updates regularly. If you have an appointment on the calendar right now, we’ll reach out to reschedule with you separately.
We understand that we’re in unprecedented times and our commitment now and always is to keep our patients safe and protected.
Warmly, Dr. Kjeld Aamodt Founder, Uniform Teeth
